regulations require us to keep your home on MLS after you enter
into a contract to purchase until it is sold. Keeping your
home on MLS during the contract period gets you important
services - the first being that it allows you to continue
marketing your home for back up offers. During the
contract period you also get Home Clearinghouse's escrow holding
and contract management services - but because we are totally
fee-for-service there are are fees to Home Clearinghouse
after your acceptance of an offer.
